GIBS Finishing School is a dedicated wing to assist PGDM / BBA students with startups, Placements, and internships. At GIBS, we believe that “Opportunities are never given, they are taken.” With this philosophy in mind, our Finishing School strives to actively grab every opportunity available rather than passively waiting for it to come around. GIBS has created a unique world-class finishing school, to work on students who come from varied backgrounds. After completing the Finishing School curriculum, every student will receive a certificate, which is known as a Certificate in Personal Mastery Program (CPMP).

The Certification in Personal Mastery Program (CPMP) is a well-structured training program that spans from the I trimester to the V trimester. It has been meticulously designed to incorporate modules that utilize creative and student-centric learning pedagogy, ensuring a continuous assessment of the course.

The program’s comprehensive syllabus encompasses a wide range of foundational competencies crucial for success in the corporate world. These competencies include attitude, grooming, communication, confidence, self-esteem, discipline, professionalism, and personal branding. By focusing on these areas, the CPMP aims to prepare students holistically, equipping them with the necessary skills and qualities to thrive in the corporate environment.
