About FDP
Faculty Development Program focuses on the application of Structural Equation Modelling (SEM), in Social Science Research. The program will augment the necessary analytical competency to understand the application of SEM from the perspective of data analysis in social science research.
Objectives
- To impart the knowledge of Factor Analysis under the aspect of Structural Equation Modelling (SEM)
- To ensure the required skills in order to develop the model in research under the application of SEM
- To inculcate the application of different statistical tools and techniques in social science research
Outcomes
- Faculty Developing Program will equip the participants to develop the models in their respective research under the application of SEM
- Understanding and application of statistical tools will be imparted in order to apply practically in pursuit of their (Participants) research in social science
- This FDP will instill the fundamentals of statistical application and ensure the right choice of methodology in social science research

Dr. Ashutosh Pandey earned his doctorate in marketing from ABV-Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management, Gwalior. He holds a UGC-NET Management qualification and has worked in industry and academics for over ten years. He has taught postgraduate and executive students about business research methods, advanced marketing research, services marketing, marketing management, consumer behavior, and structural equation modeling. His research has appeared in many prestigious journals, including Environment, Development, and Sustainability, the Journal of Quality Assurance in Hospitality & Tourism, and the International Journal of Tourism Cities. He has worked as a visiting professor at IMT Ghaziabad and the Indian Institute of Travel and Tourism Management in Gwalior. Dr. Pandey has been a resource person for several qualitative and quantitative research workshops hosted at respected organisations such as NIT Allahabad, NIFTEM Sonipat and an invited speaker at the AICTE-sponsored Faculty Development Program. Dr. Pandey is currently associated with FORE School of Management, New Delhi as an Assistant Professor in Marketing Area.

Dr. Sankar Mukherjee has earned his doctorate in Marketing from Gitam University, Bangalore. He has served 13 years in Industry with national and multi-national organizations(MNCs). He has published many research papers in international publishing houses including ABDC and Scopus in the field of Marketing. He has been associating with academics for the last 10 years as a professor and researcher in the field of marketing. Dr. Sankar Mukherjee is an ardent researcher and author in the area of environmental marketing, consumer sustainable behaviour, E-WOM marketing, etc. He has conducted many FDPs in different parts of India, in the area of SEM and case studies. He is also a prudent case writer with case publications in London Case Centre, ET Case Centre, and CII.
